RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 12.08.2016 in 13965 of 2016 while granting him anticipatory bail and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.
