ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the award impugned in this writ petition is very much appealable before the Government.

2.The petitioner's counsel submitted that the award copy was made available only recently. Taking note of this submission, this Court permits the petitioner to file an appeal before the Government/Appellate Authority within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the appeal is filed before the Government within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Appellate Authority shall entertain the same without reference to limitation. 3.The writ petition is dismissed with this liberty. The Registry is directed to return the original copy of the award to the petitioner's counsel.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
