RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by order dated 27.06.2016 in Crl.OP (MD) No.9474 of 2016 as if to report before the Inspector of Police (L&O), Tallakulam police station, Madurai daily at 10.00 a.m. instead of to report before the respondent police daily 10.00 a.m.

until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.V.RAJARAJAN , the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Petitioner seeks modification of bail condition imposed by this Court under Order dated 27.06.2016.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions made, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition requiring the petitioner to appear before the respondent police shall stand modified to one of requiring petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate II, Dindigul at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 2 weeks and thereafter appear before the said Court on all hearing dates.
