2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.996 of 2017, before the Judicial Magistrate, No.III, Thoothukudi. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
