When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation dated 19.12.2018 submitted by the writ petitioner will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law by the 2nd respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
