2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of the offence, and since the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by the trial Court,in Crl.M.P.No.61 of 2026, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police respondent police once in 15 days, ie., 1st and 15th working of every English Calendar month until further orders.The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed. 16.02.2026 PJL To 1.The Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram, Dindigul District.
