PRAYER :- To relax the condition no.1 imposed by learned Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court in Cr.M.P.No.711/2021 dated 26/02/2021 in Crime no.53 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.1 imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.711 of 2021 dated 26.02.2021. 1/3
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) produced the written instructions given by the Inspector of Police in which it has been recorded that the compromise had been entered between the petitioner and the defacto complainant/estranged wife. Further quash petition has also been filed which is pending before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)3464 of 2021.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner is serving as Soldier in Indian Army and posted at Jammu the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.711 of 2021 dated 26.02.2021 directing the petitioner to appear before the Anna Nagar Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders is set aside.
4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
