Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAN GANDHI.S.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.734 of 2023, dated 11.01.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.734 of 2023, dated 11.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3410 of 2023 respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
