Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Sankar, Sub-Inspector of Police, Soorankudi Police Station, is present in Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.27 of 2011 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 26.09.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, but, the same has not yet been taken on file.

2. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a further direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, to pass appropriate orders on the charge sheet in Crime No.27 of 2011 expeditiously.
