COMMON ORDER The petitioners have filed the present Writ Petitions to issue Writs of Mandamus, to direct the second and third respondents to conduct survey, demarcate and fix the boundary stones in the petitioners' land comprised in Survey Nos.366/7 and 366/8 respectively situated at Soorakundu Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District based on the representation dated 19.02.2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Since the issues involved in the Writ Petitions are one and the same, common order is passed.

W.P(MD)Nos.4497 & 4516 of 2020 3.When the matters are taken up for hearing today, Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that survey has been conducted and boundaries have been demarcated in the said properties and further submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the matters.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
