For Petitioner : Mr.T.Senthil Kumar (In all these cases) For Respondents :Mr.K.Anbarasan Government Advocate (In all these cases) **** COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed for a direction to the Trial Court, to dispose of the cases in C.C.Nos.334, 231,206,325 and 326 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Trichy.

2.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that except the examination the investigation officer, the other witnesses have been examined and that the respondent police will cooperate for the early disposal of these cases. Hence, this Court is inclined to pass the following directions:

"The learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Trichy, is directed to complete trial and dispose of C.C.Nos.334, 231,206,325 and 326 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order". 3.With the above directions, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed.
