ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- I had given a direction for filing the final report before the expiry of the statutory period. But then, the direction given by this Court was not complied with. Hence, I had asked for a report from the jurisdictional Superintendent of Police. The Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin has since filed an affidavit explaining the reasons. I am satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavit. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in this criminal original petition.
