Respondent No.2 &3/Third Parties Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to allow this revision petition and direct the Additional District Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to expedite the trial of the case in O.S.No.43/2017. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 09/09/2022 and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.43 of 2017 with in a period of Six months, and the requisition letter dated 30.03.2023 in D.No.206 of 2023, submitted by the Additional Distict and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 09.09.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the O.S.No.43 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.206/2023, dated 30.03.2023 with a request for further time to comply with the order dated 09.09.2022 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)No.1305 of 2022 and the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram has stated that he was holding additional charge between 31.01.2023 to 22.02.2023 and therefore, he could not complete the proceedings.

3.Considering the above, the time is extended by six months to comply with the order dated 09.09.2022.
