O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with the present Criminal Original Petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on his complaint dated 10.03.2015, wherein she has made certain allegations of corruption against one Mr.S.R.Jegannatha Raja and one Mr.Rajendran, who are police officials.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents that as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in (Lalita Kumari -Vs-Government of U.P and others, reported in 2013 (4) MLJ (Crl) 579 SC, a preliminary enquiry was held into the said allegation, which has revealed that the said police officials have not committed any offence. Thus, according to the respondents, there are no grounds making out a prima facie case to register the case.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
