ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 to 5. They were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.02.2018. The case against them is for the offences punishable under Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act and Section 420 IPC, in Crime No.9 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners have filed parallel bail application in Cr.M.P.No.1700 of 2018 before the Principal Sessions Court, Madurai. The petitioners cannot initiate two proceedings for the same relief. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
