The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Section 379 of I.P.C. and section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act. The petitioner had been asked to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00. p.m. until further orders. The petitioner is aged about 60 years. The petitioner's counsel states that the petition is not having any previous case. The petitioner's counsel would also plead for medical grounds. 2.Taking note of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner stands modified and it is relaxed. The criminal original petition is allowed.
