This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in connection with Crime No.9 of 2017, which was registered on 02.03.2017.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), however, submitted that the investigation is almost over and that the Final Report will be filed within a period of three months.
3. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report in Crime No.9 of 2017, before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
