O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.1461 of 2016, before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

3.The above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.1461 of 2016 and file either a closure report or charge sheet, as the case may be, under due intimation to the defacto complainant, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
