ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- "To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the Electricity Transmission wire across above the petitioner's middle of the Plot No.43, in Survey No.175/2B, situated at Ayyanadaippu Village, Thoothukudi District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 29.12.2023. "

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that already the petitioner has remitted the required fees to the respondents for removing the Electricity Transmission wire across the petitioner's plot. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, this writ petition is closed. The respondents are directed to remove the Electricity Transmission wire across the petitioner's plot within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. If the Electricity Transmission wire is not removed by the respondents within the time stipulated by this Court, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen the writ petition.
