This petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in any manner except under due process of law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that on the basis of the false and frivolous complaint given by a third party, the petitioner was put to harassment by the 2nd respondent police.

3. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit on instructions that though a complaint was received against the petitioner, after enquiry the same was closed. 4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
