Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2019 regarding the cardamom estate situated in Surulacode village Kalakulam Circle, Kanyakumari District comprised in Serial No.103 in computer Patta No.1407 dated 29.12.2015 to constitute the Hill Area Committee.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second to sixth respondents submitted that the fourth respondent would consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2019 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing the final order. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass orders one way or the other.

2.Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
