..Respondents Prayer:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to consider the Petitioners representation dated 21.04.2019 requesting the Respondents 1 to 3 to (a) allocate one or two civil courts in each district specifically for trying recovery of rents belonging to temples under the administrative control of Respondent No.4, HR &CE Department and transfer all pending cases involving recovery of rents/eviction to these courts (b) engage third party audit firms to audit income and expenditure of temples under the administrative control of Respondent No.4 - HR&CE department within a time frame.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J] After arguing the matter at length, when this Court is not inclined to allow this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Recording the said endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by adding necessary parties. No costs.
