This petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner merely on the guise of enquiry by insisting to withdraw the civil case. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
