This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her husband under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents, would submit that no case is pending as against the petitioner, before the second respondent police and would, therefore, submit that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondents police, as alleged by the petitioner.
