ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to implement G.O.Ms.No.363, Finance Department, dated 23.08.2013 and pay the difference in pension to the petitioner within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned Counsel on either side. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner relying upon G.O.Ms.No.363, Finance Department, dated 23.08.2013, sent a representation dated 14.01.2019 to the respondent, seeking to revise his pension. However, the said representation of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondent so far. Hence, the present writ petition. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders would be passed by the respondent.

5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2019, on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law and also in the light of G.O.Ms.No.363, Finance Department, dated 23.08.2013, and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
