This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2022, on the file of Subordinate Court, Tiruchendur and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.

2.The petitioner has filed this revision to transfer H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2022 from the file of Subordinate Court, Tiruchendur to the file of Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, since she is residing at Nagercoil and could not travel from Tiruchendur to Nagercoil for each and every hearings. 3.Considering the above facts, this Transfer C.M.P. is allowed, thereby, H.M.O.P. No. 6 of 2022, on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil. No costs.
