ORDER

The petitioner complains that the private respondents 3 to 7 are entered into his land and fixed certain boundary stone and thereby, interfered with his peaceful possession of the property. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions would submit that the complaint indeed is pending.

3.The second respondent is now required to cause necessary enquiry and if during the course of enquiry prima facie case is made out, then the second respondent shall provide such necessary protection.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
