Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner was granted lease to run a lodging house. The issue on hand pertains to the liability of the petitioner to pay the second year lease amount. The said amount has since been paid. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.07.2022 skm 2/4
