PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in impugned E-Auction Sale Notice dated 26.01.2023 scheduled on 27.02.2023 between 11.00 AM to 02.00 PM published by the 2nd respondent in Dhina Mani Tamil Daily Newspaper on 27.01.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to restructure the loan after deducting the penal interest.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Challenging the E-Auction Sale Notice dated 26.01.2023 issued by the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition is filed with a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to restructure the loan after deducting the penal interest. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents informed this Court that the petitioner has settled the entire outstanding amount to the respondents.
