ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the plaintiff in a suit for recovery of money based upon a pro-note.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner/plaintiff, the matter is being adjourned from July 2022 onwards for the purpose of filing draft issues on either side. Though the plaintiff has already filed the draft issues, for filing draft issues on the side of the defendant, the matter is being adjourned from time to time.

3. Considering the above said facts, the II Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2023.

4. With the above said direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
