2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.I, Egmore, Chennai, instead of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3429 of 2018, dated 08.03.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District, regularly in all future hearings without fail.
