ORDER
This writ petition is filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.03.2019 and sanction and pay the scale of pay as applicable to physical Director Grade-I, with effect from 03.06.1999 to 31.05.2011, for the services rendered by him at Schaffter Higher Secondary School, Thirunelveli, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.525 School Education Department dated 29.12.1997, G.O(4d) No.1 School Education Department dated 21.01.2000, G.O(1d) No.91 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
School Education Department dated 28.04.2005 (Gnanaraj) and G.O(2d) No.13 School Education Department dated 03.02.015 (P. 2.Heard Mr.J.Ashok, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.03.2019, based on the relevant Government Orders passed by them and pass necessary orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
