ORDER

This writ petition is filed, seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.03.2019 and direct them to disburse the petitioner's terminal and pensionary benefits within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard Mr. M.R. Sreenivasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S. Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader taking for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer,

sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.03.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass necessary orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
