The petitioner/the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and AntiCorruption, Tirunelveli Detachment, is present in person before this Court today along with relevant case records. As per his submission, investigation has been completed and the final report was sent to the Government through the Director of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department, chennai for sanction to prosecute A3/Regional Executive Engineer, Office of the Regional Director of Municipal Administration, Tirunelveli and in this regard, reminder was also sent by the Director of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Chennai. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioner would submit that after obtaining sanction from the Government, the petitioner will file the charge sheet in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate.
