[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has given a representation on 05.04.2018 to the respondent seeking construction of a toilet or library at T.S.No.139, 5th street, Vaithiyanathapuram, Thathaneri, Madurai and the same is pending without passing any orders. Seeking disposal of the same, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
