ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned Press News dated nil in so far as Sl.No.1 relating to the post of Protection Officer (NonInstitutions)-1 and consequent paper advertisement in Dinamalar dated 17.02.2021 and forbearing the respondent herein from interfering with the discharge of day today work of the petitioner herein as Protection Officer (Non-Institutions) under the respondent without following the due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and carefully perused the entire materials available on record. 3.When the matter was called up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the Village Administrative Officer has certified that the petitioner passed away on 21.05.2021 at Periyakulam Government Hospital. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
