Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. O.D.RAJKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,GOVT.ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
2. Considering the above submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that peitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e.on every Monday at 10.00a.m. until further orders.
