2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to permit them to conduct the petition mentioned event. The petitioner's counsel states that there is no rival claim. The petitioner had submitted a representation on 27.02.2020 to the second respondent. The petitioner's counsel on instructions gives an undertaking that the conditions imposed by the second respondent will be adhered to.
