This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give adequate Police Protection to the Petitioner's life and limb and also to survey the Petitioner's father land in old Survey No.222/1A1, new Survey No.4/2,3,4 situated at Usilampatti Taluk,Madurai District, in view of the order passed in Pa.Mu.No.483/2019/A3, dated 21.07.2023, on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer cum Sub Divisional Magistrate, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.02.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the respondent police has conducted an enquiry in this regard and the same is now closed.
