: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent herein to pass suitable orders for payment of monthly pension to the petitioner on the basis of petitioner representation dated 18.10.2016 and also on the basis of the recommendation made by the 2nd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

************ The prayer in the writ petition is for writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent herein to pass suitable orders for payment of monthly pension to the petitioner on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2016 and also on the basis of the recommendation made by the 2nd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 and 3.
3.The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that pursuant to the proposal sent to the first respondent, the pension papers have been scrutinized and has been cleared by order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
13.04.2018 at the office of the first respondent in PPO No.0524503 dated 13.04.2018, according to which, family pension for a sum of Rs.3,319/- (Rupees three thousand three hundred and nineteen only) with effect from 24.11.2014 was authorised to be paid to the petitioner through the Treasury officer, Tuticorin, ie., the third respondent.
4.The learned counsel for the 2nd and third respondents would submit that on receipt of such authorisation from the first respondent, immediate action shall be taken and the family pension to the extent indicated in the said proceedings shall be paid to the petitioner continuously.
5. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, there can be no further issue pending in this writ petition for adjudication and therefore, recording the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
