Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 07.12.2018 in Na.Ka.Aa3/7658/2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently restraining the respondents from declaring the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.79/1, 79/2, 80/2A, 83, 84/1B, 84/2, 85/1, 85/2, 86/2, 86/3, 86/4, 86/5, 86/6, 87/2, 87/3, 89/1A, 89/1B, 89/2, 89/3, 89/4, 90/1A, 90/1B, 90/2, 91/1, 91/2A, 91/2B, 91/5B, 91/6, 91/7, 92/1, 92/2, 92/3, 92/4, 92/6, 92/7, 93/1A, 93/1B and 93/2 situated at Ettivayal Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District as a surplus land without following the procedure contemplated in the Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1961 and Rule, 1962 within the time stipulated by this Court.

*********** This writ petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice issued under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1961.
2.Subsequent to the passing of the impugned show cause notice dated 07.12.2018, final order has been passed on 04.02.2019 against the petitioner. The said order has also been placed before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.[MD]No.4159 of 2022 Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.Since final order has been passed, the only remedy now available to the petitioner is to challenge the same in the manner known to him under law.
4.This writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final order dated 04.02.2019 in the manner known to him under law. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner did not receive the final order dated 04.02.2019 earlier and it has been received by his Counsel only today. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
