Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct detailed enquiry and take necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct detailed enquiry and take necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is entitled to 1 acre and 1 cent of the property through his grandfather. However, the 5th respondent has sold the land, including the petitioner's share. The petitioner now seeks to have the matter rectified.

3. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader representing respondents 1 to 4.

4. Considering the facts, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's claim after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6, and to conduct an enquiry. Upon completion of the enquiry, the respondents 2 and 3 shall pass appropriate orders within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
