This petition is filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.579 of 2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation is completed and final report itself was filed on 14.07.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai. A copy of the final report is also handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
