COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and the learned counsel for the defacto complainant.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(b), 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 498(A), 494 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.5 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the defacto complainant submitted that the issue between them has been resolved before the respondent police the same was also produced before this Court by way of a typed set of papers. It is seen therefrom that the marriage between the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3676 of 2021 and the defacto complainant was dissolved.

4.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication is these criminal original petitions and they are closed accordingly.
