This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to transfer the investigation from the file of the third respondent police with regard to crime No.442 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Panakudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District to the fourth respondent. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up earlier, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor was directed to submit a status report.

4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

5.However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completing the investigation, the charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.271 of 2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vallioor.
