ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the second respondent to provide adequate protection to the petitioner's life and limb and her family members based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that civil suit decree is standing in favour of the petitioner and on that basis, the representation was made by the petitioner. The respondent police received the petitioner's representation only on 10.02.2023 and the same is pending for consideration. 2/4

3. In view of the above, let the second respondent herein consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2023 on merits by summoning the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 8 to ascertain the ground reality. Depending upon the situation, further action may be taken by the second respondent. The above said process may be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
