This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the 4th respondent to file a final report in Crime No.721 of 2008 within a time as stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that, the case was transferred to the 4th respondent only on 14.07.2017 and that therefore sufficient time should be given for further investigation and to file a report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Having regard to the nature of the case and the request of the learned Government Advocate, the 4th respondent is directed to

complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.721 of 2008 before the concerned Court within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
