ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 10.04.2019 and the requisition letter of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Judicial Magistrate NO.V(FAC) Tirunelveli vide letter in D.No.509/2020 dated 23.06.2020, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Karunanithi, Advocate for the petitioners, this Court made the following order: By order dated 10.04.2019, this Court directed the Court below to complete the trial in DVOP.No.1 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.509/2020 dated 23.06.2020 stating that on 18.12.2019, counter was filed and on 14.03.2020, PW1 was cross examined and the petitioner side evidence was closed and thereafter, due to Covid-19 lockdown, physical hearing could not be conducted and therefore, the learned Judge has requested for extension of six months to comply with the above order dated 10.04.2019.

3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
