This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1269 of 2024 on 30.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1269 of 2024 on 30.01.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
