ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2017 dated 23.02.2017 and file the Final Report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, Charge Sheet has been filed on 09.01.2018 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.NO.193 of 2018.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), no further order is necessary in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.
